Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect when you contact us, how it is used, and how it is handled. It is maintained by Bajaj Resolution Partners and may be updated as our practices change.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, the type of matter and your summary of the situation.

If you subscribe to occasional notes, we collect your email address for that purpose only.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used to assess whether the matter is suitable for us, to prepare for a suitability call and, if you engage us, to carry out the agreed work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing with professionals

Where a matter requires legal, tax, accounting, valuation or survey input, we discuss with you which independent professionals should be engaged and what information they need. We share your information with them on your instructions.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored in our secure case system with access limited to the firm. Documents you send us are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and are opened only through time-limited secure links by an authorised administrator.

Consent

The enquiry form asks you to confirm that you have read this policy and agree to us using your information to assess and respond to your matter. Contact by WhatsApp is a separate, optional consent. You can withdraw either consent at any time by writing to us.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use only what is required for the site to function and to keep your enquiry secure while you complete it. If analytics or other tracking is introduced later, we will ask for your consent before anything is set, and this page will be updated first.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement, and any documents sent with them, are retained for up to twelve months so that we can respond to follow-up, and are then deleted. Engagement records are retained for as long as the matter requires and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Newsletter details are held until you unsubscribe.

Requesting deletion

You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. The process is straightforward:

Write to enquiries@bajajresolutionpartners.com from the email address used in your enquiry, with the word "Deletion" in the subject line.

Tell us whether you want everything deleted, or only specific documents removed.

We confirm receipt, and confirm again in writing once the deletion is complete, normally within thirty days.

Where we must keep a limited record — for example to show that a request was made and honoured — we tell you what is being kept and why.

Your choices

For any question about this policy, or to ask what we hold about you, write to enquiries@bajajresolutionpartners.com. Newsletter emails can be unsubscribed at any time.

Legal, tax, accounting, valuation and other regulated professional services are provided by appropriately qualified independent professionals where required. If anything on this page is unclear, ask us.
