Fees
Every matter is different. Fees depend on the complexity of the issue, the location of the property, urgency, travel, number of stakeholders and the amount of investigation or negotiation required. Suitable clients receive a written scope and fee proposal before work begins.
A brief suitability call may be offered without charge. Detailed document review, investigation, strategy, negotiation and transaction coordination are paid professional services.
